All Day Game Day and UnPub Mini is Canceled!
March 21 @ 11:35 am - 10:00 pm
Sorry Folks. Maybe later in the year. It would have been great.
We’re doing it Again!
We’re hosting another UnPub Mini during this month’s All Day Game Day!
If you’re a budding game designer and have a prototype that you would like some feedback on, then bring it on up! We’ll have some people to test your design, and give you suggestions on how to improve it. For Designers: It is recommended, (but not required) that you sign up for an account on UnPub.net, and submit your games there. That way, people can give feedback from their digital devices. It would also be appreciated if you would sign up on OUR site as well. It is essential that you notify us SOMEHOW that you will be bringing a game, so we can reserve a table for you.
Most of the designers’ board games will be available to play for most of the day.
This is a full day of tabletop gaming goodness! There will often be scheduled events (see below) but there will always be a great opportunity for Open Gaming all day with our growing game library available. You are also welcome to bring along any games of your own that you would like to play with new friends. Entry fee is included in monthly $5 membership.

Unpub Prototypes: All day
[Unnamed] (Board Game Prototype)
Game Description : Clerics are devoted servants and enforcers of the Gods, sent forward by the Churches of various kingdoms to uphold the will of the Gods and Pontiffs in charge, whether that be to protect the meek, hunt the wicked, silence the powerful, reclaim land, or simply prove their own worth. In this scenario, Clerics were dispatched to Silverharve Cathedral to investigate, hearing whispers of a possible demonic influence. They arrive to find the cathedral infested. Demons stand where bishops once stood, the devout replaced with wretched amalgams of fused flesh and risen corpses possessed with malice. The Clerics must exterminate the Demon Thane that festers and grows deep inside the cathedral walls before it achieves a god-like form. The Demon Thane and its minions must kill the invading Clerics so that its ascension can complete. The game play resembles a dungeon crawl where a group of 2-4 players are fighting a malevolent game master. The first to eliminate the other wins. Clerics have a choice of 6 playable classes and customize-able spell lists. The Demon Thane has 3 characters to choose from and 12 different demon minions. The characters are not only the boss at the end of the dungeon crawl, they also have an array of support abilities to empower their demon aids throughout the dungeon.
GM: Alexander Belanger: 2-5 players

Behütunsburg: Castle & Court (Card Game prototype)
In 13th century Bayern, family ties were strong, but for some, the lust for power was stronger. Rivalry among and within noble families would often lead to Machiavellian politics, outright theft and occasional kidnapping. The Behütuns family was no different, as different branches of the family squabbled over money & subjects. Be the first in your family to assemble a retinue of Barons, Knights and their Ladies and earn the right to declare yourself King and build the mighty castle Behütunsburg.
GM: Jeannie Compter; 2 or 4 players
